For Softshare Clients, EDI Integration with Epicor Vantage Just Got Easier

As an add-on component for Softshare Delta, this bridge significantly reduces the amount of time it takes to set up an EDI integration solution with Epicor Vantage.

Santa Barbara, US / Amsterdam, NL.—December 3, 2007—Softshare, a provider of e-commerce products and services since 1982, released today its Translation Bridge for Epicor Vantage. As an add-on component for Softshare Delta, Softshare's universal data translator, this bridge significantly reduces the amount of time it takes to set up an EDI integration solution with Epicor Vantage.

The Translation Bridge for Epicor Vantage features several models that accurately represent Epicor Vantage's intermediary data files, saving users the time it would otherwise take to manually model these files in Softshare Delta. In addition, this bridge installs with eight sample maps that illustrate how to map to and from the Epicor Vantage data file format within the context of real-world EDI business scenarios.

The Translation Bridge for Epicor Vantage is part of Softshare's new Bridge the Gap suite of ERP application bridges. In addition to Epicor Vantage, Softshare also released today a bridge for SAP, with a bridge for Oracle to follow in January.
