EDI Requirements & Planning

Summary of Work	Softshare will create a well-thought-out plan for implementing integrated EDI.
Scope	A Softshare integration expert will come on site to analyze your business’ current systems. These will be weighed against goals to determine what future requirements will be needed in terms of hardware, software, personnel, and services. We'll interview key players throughout your organization and those organizations that you work closely with (trading partners, ERP vendor, etc.) to ensure a big-picture approach.
Deliverable	A document that thoroughly describes Softshare’s recommendations and outlines steps necessary to achieve recommendations.
Duration	2 days (1 of these days will be spent on site).
Price	3000 EUR/USD (travel expenses not included).

Proof of Concept

Summary of Work	Softshare will demonstrate the feasibility of a solution.
Scope	After interviewing key players in your organization to determine the parameters of the proof of concept solution, a Softshare integration expert will develop the needed maps, communication channels, and other processes to produce a working solution.
Deliverable	A working test environment and accompanying report that details proof of concept results.
Duration	1-5 days, depending upon scope.
Price	Dependent upon scope.

Building Process Efficiencies

Summary of Work	Softshare will create a well-thought-out plan for streamlining current Delta and/or ECS processes.
Scope	A Softshare integration expert will come on site to identify deficiencies in current processes. We'll also interview key players to determine their perceived deficiencies. From there, the Softshare integration expert will detail those processes that can be streamlined, combined, and eliminated. In addition, best practices will be identified to improve processing speed and tracking, system reliability, exception handling, trading partner management, etc.
Deliverable	A document that thoroughly describes Softshare’s recommendations and outlines steps necessary to achieve recommendations.
Duration	3 days (2 of these days will be spent on site).
