A Softshare integration expert will come on site to fully install and configure Delta and ECS. Beforehand, we'll interview key players to determine optimum configurations in areas of security, communications, and exception handling (to name a few). Upon successful installation and configuration, we'll transfer general product knowledge as well as knowledge specific to your configuration. |

After analyzing your back-end systems and any relevant trading partner specifications, a Softshare integration expert will develop the maps needed to integrate internal and external data across your enterprise. These maps will then be installed and tested (via remote session) and map modifications will be made as needed. Once maps are functioning as expected, we'll provide any necessary training concerning the newly-created maps. |
